Washington State Home Buyer is the brainchild of Shannon Horton. One of Washington State’s top real estate agents. Catering to all, WSHB provides full-scale real estate services for residential home buyers, sellers, and investors. A movement founded by Washingtonians, WSHB understands the Pacific Northwest market.

When Frealas began working on a new brand identity for WSHB, as well developing a strong digital for the growth of the movement, we knew it was going to be a prestigious project. 

The project was to create a rebrand that was concrete to Washington State Home Buyer’s beloved trust, but also radical enough to appeal to new consumer groups. Specifically, it had to attract all tiers of home buying, whether it was a millionaire condo, or a 2000sq ft. home. WSHB’s rebranding was designed to target all.
